Kitchen Fitness Challenge

I've been going to the gym since I was 17 years old.  In fact, my very first job when I graduated high school was at my little neighborhood gym, Women's Workout World.  

I've taught thousands upon thousands of fitness classes since then -- all at the gym.

The gym has always been my home. And, it's always been an important part of my self-care ritual.

But -- COVID-19 has made going to the gym more of a health hazard than a healthy meeting place.

And, let's be real. 

 

We all know that some gyms have always been downright filthy.

We've all had to adjust to a new way of being. These days, I am appreciating my kitchen as my own personal makeshift gym. I am not into that heavy breathing, hands all over everything, sweat-flying type of environment right now. 🤢😷

 
I'm staying fit in my kitchen with super simple, super sexy exercises to cultivate my fitness and my goddess energy, all at the same time.

I've taken my years of teaching experience and turned staying fit into a super simple, super sexy ritual that you can do right in your own kitchen.

Yes, you can get fit in the kitchen ... AND feel like a goddess doing it 💃🏻
