Make time for Breakfast

When we start the day with some nourishment, we keep our energy up and our blood sugar more stable.


When our blood sugar is stable, our mood is automatically lifted and we feel less stressed, less anxious, less reactive. 



Our hormones are happier.


Our outlook is better.


We are more alert, focused and grounded.


We are nourished.


Plus, eating breakfast boosts our metabolism and that means we naturally burn more calories throughout the day.


Make time for a healthy breakfast. Every day. Keep it low sugar and high in your favorite protein.


Getting a good start in the morning will help you feel stronger -- and you may even find that you make healthier choices throughout the rest of the day.


What is your favorite breakfast? Mine is egg and avocado toast. Or sautéed kale and eggs. Or goat yogurt with fruit and nuts. Oh, and don't forget oatmeal! I love breakfast😋How about you?
