Sexy Summer peach crumble
Updated: Aug 11, 2020

I happen to think peaches are the sexiest of all summer fruits đ
Yeah, we should eat them because theyâre packed with nutrients like vitamin A, C and potassium, but câmon honey ... the real reason we eat them because they are juicy, succulent, delicious ... and sexy as hell. â â
And, since everything we eat becomes a part of us - eating peaches can help us feel more juicy, succulent and sexy as hell đđ»ââïž. Doesnât that sound delicious??â â
My favorite way to eat a peach is naked in the bathtub, but sometimes I like to dress them up a little and make a raw peach crumble with cashew cream ⊠oh, yeah. đ
This raw dessert recipe is a staple at my house during peach season. đ In fact, I'm making some tonight. Wanna try it?â â
Hereâs how you do it:â â
Grab a few fresh, juicy, gorgeous peaches, slice them up, put them in a glass bowl, pie plate or casserole dish and drizzle them with a little pure maple syrup. Set aside.

Make the crumble:â â
About 1/2 cup raw walnutsâ
3 or so pitted datesâ
1 tsp cinnamon â
Pinch of sea saltâ
Pinch of Chinese 5 spice (optional)â â
drizzle of maple syrup
Grind all ingredients in a food processor unit crumbly. Layer over or between your fresh peach slices. Chill.â â
For the cashew cream:
1 cup raw cashews, soaked in water for about 2 hours and drained (this step will make them more creamy when you blend 'em up)â
1/4 cup water, plus maybe 2 tablespoons moreâ
About 2 tablespoons maple syrup, but you can make it as sweet as you like it, honeyâ
1 tsp vanilla extract or the seeds from 1 vanilla bean, if you are feeling fancyâ â
Blend (a high speed blender helps) until thick and creamy, like heavy whipping cream. Chill for a bit if you can wait that long and top your peach crumble.
Oh my freaking goddess âŠ. itâs sweet summer bliss. đâ â
Super simple, super sexy. đ đ€â
