Stretching is sexy 🙌


Stretching is super sexy.

Honey, I feel WAY less pain and stiffness in my body at 54 than I did at 44 🙋

For most of my adult like I've suffered from back pain. These days, my back never hurts. Really. Like, ever.

Here’s why:

  • No strenuous exercise 😳 (yes, that’s what I said.)

  • Core strengthening through super sexy hip moves 🤘

  • And, more stretching. Like, every. single. day.

I don’t do yoga. But, I do take at least 10, but usually 20 or 30 minutes at the end of my day to stretch. And lately, I’ve been stretching purely for stress relief right in the middle of the day, because it feels so damn good and it really helps me chill the f*ck out.

Girl, I want to feel good in my body. I want to stand up straight, move the way I want to move and do all the little daily things I WANT to do to enjoy life without pain and stiffness holding me back, stagnating my qi and keeping my energy - and my life - small.

Stretching is self care that helps to keep me feeling like a healthy, sexy goddess in my body and my spirit. Maybe it will help you, too.
