Wanna Get Stoned?

Updated: Aug 29, 2019

Here in Mount Shasta, we know how to get stoned. 😉

Because crystals are little energy vortexes, and Mount Shasta itself is considered an energy vortex, you can find an abundance of crystals and healing stones here.

In fact, all of the crystals and stones in my collection have been activated with the energy of the mountain.

Crystals aren't just beautiful to look at. Crystals harness the vibration of the earth. They are millions of years old and hold some serious energetic mojo.

These precious stones respond to, absorb, store and emit energy. The energy frequency of these crystals interacts with the electromagnetic energy of our bodies and our emotions to encourage physical, emotional and spiritual healing.

That's why getting stoned with crystals feels so blissful!

Ready to get stoned? Here's how to do it: You can use any crystal or combination of crystals you like, but I'm gonna talk to you about a few of my favorites.

Let's start with a common crystal that you probably know:

Amethyst
a stunning lavender to violet purple-colored gem that has magical energetic benefits.

Amethyst is a protective stone. It's healing and soothing energy helps relieve stress and irritability, eases mood swings, calms anger, soothes fear and quiets anxiety.

This stunning stone can also help to ease sadness and it's great to clear negativity.

Amethyst is probably most commonly associated with spiritual awareness, and it is especially helpful in calming an overactive mind and opening our intuition.

Here are three simple ways to get stoned using amethyst for everyday self care:

  • Simply hold this stone and allow yourself to be quiet for a time.

  • Lie down and place an amethyst on your forehead, over your third eye, or in the space between your eyebrows. Breathe deeply. Rest, dream, pray or meditate.

  • Because it helps heal insomnia, sleep with an amethyst in your room, by your bedside or under your pillow.

See how easy that is? I love getting stoned;) 🔮I'll share some of my favorite crystals from my collection over the next few weeks.
