What do you do when ... you're feeling anxious ? 😟

Oh my goodness.


A lot has happened in the world in the last few days.


Has it got you kinda anxious?


I've given you lots of tips to AVOID getting colds, flu and the coronavirus or COVID-19, what to DO when you're sick and what to EAT when you are sick.


Now, what do you do to calm your anxiety around all of the social isolation and virus fear?


Luckily, you've got a sister who's got your back.


In fact, this sister has SO many super simple, super sexy tips to help you care for yourself right now, my head is spinning.


So, I'm gonna start with just a few gentle suggestions to comfort you right now.


  • Practice breathing. Yup. Practice. Because most of us don't even breathe right! Diaphragmatic breathing will help us to strengthen our diaphragm, the badass muscle that helps us breathe efficiently. It's important right now to remember to take time daily to quiet your mind and body ... and breathe. This will help you to strengthen your lungs and oxygenate your whole body. You'll feel calmer, yet infinitely more energized, invigorated and balanced.


  • Feed your spirit. I recorded a little audio for you to help remind you that You are So Healthy. It's only about 4 minutes long and from my heart. You can even practice breathing while you listen 😉



  • Rub this point. Today, I have an amazing point for you to support your lungs. This acupuncture point is famous for nurturing our immune response, supporting strong lung function, alleviating neck pain and even headache. Lung 7 is a very powerful point and is traditionally used to treat anything related to the lungs—asthma, wheezing, bronchitis, cough, congestion, and common cold symptoms. Rubbing this point will help your lungs to take in more oxygen, so you can “breathe easy” and have the strength to move on to new experiences.



  • There's a crystal for that .... Get stoned with lepidolite 💜This gorgeous mica crystal is supercharged with lithium. Yup, the same mineral that is used in powerful psychiatric pharmaceuticals. And, you can bet, lepidolite is one of the best calming and stabilizing stones around. Lepidolite inspires hope and trust. It's one of my favorite crystals of all. This is the perfect gem to help you feel less stressed, less anxious and less depressed. Let it soothe your spirit and whisper in your ear All is Well. You are doing just fine. Keep one near you, under your pillow or on your nightstand, in your pocket, wear as jewelry, tuck one in your bra or just hold one.
